Purpose of the terms: The Website

The purpose of these General Terms of Use (hereinafter, Terms) is to regulate access to and use of the Website. For the purposes of these Terms, 'Website' means the external appearance of the screen interfaces, both static and dynamic, i.e., the navigation tree; and all elements integrated into both the screen interfaces and the navigation tree (hereinafter, Content) and any online services or resources that may be offered to Users (hereinafter, Services).

The Owner reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Website and the Content and Services incorporated therein. The User acknowledges and accepts that the Owner may at any time interrupt, deactivate and/or cancel any of these elements integrated into the Website or access thereto.

The Owner, by itself or as assignee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights of the Website and its elements (illustratively but not exhaustively: images, sound, audio, video, software, texts, trademarks, logos, color combinations, structure, design, selection of materials, programs necessary for operation, access and use, etc.). The relationship between the User and the Owner shall be governed by the laws in force in Spain. Any disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be submitted to the ordinary courts and competent tribunals.
