If you need to cancel your reservation, please note that the administrative fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, the remaining amount will be refunded as long as you notify us at least 21 calendar days before the start of your course or contracted services. Cancellations made after this period are not eligible for a refund. If you need to make changes to your course, please contact us to explore the available options.

To proceed with enrollment, the student must fill out the online or written registration form, providing true and rigorous personal information. The minimum age to participate in our adult group programs is 17 years old. You can register online through our easy registration form.

Bank transfer (IBAN: ES37 0081 4234 1800 0192 0698) or in-person payment at the school in cash or with a card. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. Visa and MasterCard cards are subject to a 2% bank commission and American Express cards to 4%.

Intensive course reservation: €190.00, semi-intensive courses: €130.00, private classes: €100.00, course + accommodation reservation: €250.00, course with visa reservation: Full payment.

Lessons are 55 minutes long. The price includes both the registration fee and the use of materials during classes. 15h and 20h class packages will have a validity of 6 months. Reservations must be made with a minimum of 48h and cancellations with a minimum of 24h notice.

Groups in Intensive Spanish courses for adults are 3 to 12 students. Class schedules are distributed in three possible blocks, but the school cannot guarantee a specific schedule. Schedules will not be available until 7 natural days before the start of the course.

Yes, all students who already have knowledge of Spanish commit to taking a level test at least 14 natural days before the start of the course and without any help. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the correct distribution by level/group.

Accommodation includes single or shared room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, weekly laundry and wifi. Students can choose between shared apartment, host family or student residence.

Before key collection, the student will have to pay €150 as a deposit and €30 for final cleaning. Garbage must be taken out every afternoon. Each tenant needs to clean the kitchen after using it. It is forbidden to hold parties in the apartment.

EU students do not need a visa. For students from other countries, a study visa is required. The school can help you with the invitation letter and necessary documentation. Full payment of the course is mandatory to apply for the visa.

Valid passport, school admission letter, course payment receipt, medical insurance, proof of financial resources and accommodation. Alwasy consult with a lawyer about your specific case. The school will provide you with the necessary academic documentation once payment is confirmed.

Yes, we offer airport transfer service from Alicante-Elche airport to your accommodation. The service includes airport pickup and direct transfer to your destination. It can be booked together with the course and accommodation.

Yes, we organize cultural activities and excursions so that students get to know Alicante and Spanish culture. Activities include museum visits, excursions to nearby beaches, Spanish cooking classes and more.

Yes, it is advisable to have travel insurance that includes personal health and illness insurance abroad, accident insurance and civil liability insurance. The school has civil liability insurance within its facilities.

Our school only closes on local and national public holidays. Please note that classes on these days are not rescheduled, as they are already included in the course price. You can always check the updated school calendar on our website.

Yes, a certificate of achievement will be issued once the stay at the school is completed, provided that the student exceeds 80% attendance. For visa courses, along with the certificate, a guide to the course contents and grade certificate will be issued.
